We are a full-service golf management company that strives to provide the best possible service for our clients and guests. We have managed private, public, and municipally owned golf facilities. Our experience ranges from managing all aspects of a golf course facility, including food and beverage, to general turf consultation. We have proven our capability to develop or rebuild a club’s operation into a professionally managed, profitable organization for private owners, member clubs, and municipally owned facilities. For over 30 years, we have managed, maintained, and consulted on many premier golf courses all over Massachusetts. In the central region, partnerships have included Shaker Hills Country Club, Pinecrest Golf Club, and West Bridgewater Country Club. In the greater Boston area, George Wright Golf Course, Strawberry Valley Golf Course, and St. Mark’s Golf Club. On Cape Cod and the Southcoast, we are proud to have worked with South Shore Country Club, Acushnet River Valley, North Hill Country Club, Highland Links, and Chatham Seaside Links. One of our original consulting and maintenance associations was with Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, which has been rated #1 by Golfer’s Digest and is a top destination for weddings and golfers in New England.
We’re proud of the partnerships we’ve cultivated over the years. Our staff has extensive experience working with Town Administrators, Recreation Directors, Golf Committees, and Advisory Boards, which is essential in utilizing and maximizing the facility’s function. In managing our golf courses, we view these communications as key to the entire success of the operation and service to the community.

JGM took over the maintenance and Pro Shop management of Chatham Seaside Links in April of 2015. This nine-hole municipal golf course is located just off the ocean, in beautiful Chatham, Massachusetts. It’s a great course for golfers of all skill levels, and one of the oldest golf courses on the Cape, dating back to 1895. Whether you’re on vacation or just looking to get in a quick round, Chatham Seaside Links is challenging enough to satisfy any golfer’s appetite. Enjoy the gorgeous views and enjoy the day! JGM is responsible for the total operation, including Pro Shop, golf course turf maintenance, and tournaments and outings. The course is owned by the Town of Chatham, and we operate under a lease.
JGM took over the maintenance and Pro Shop management of Highland Links in May of 2014. This nine-hole gem is the oldest links style course in America, dating back to 1892. One hundred years later, in 1992, a local golfer reviewer praised the “aboriginal hazards” at Highland Links – beach plum, wild cranberry, thicket – and the good fortune of having it preserved in perpetuity by the National Seashore. Alistair Cook once described Highland Links as “the most perfect example of the typical British or Scottish links in the United States.” Wind, weather, and high rough are always a factor at Highland Links. Factor in the up and down elevations, gently rolling fairways, and breathtaking ocean views, and you’ll have an experience that will not soon be forgotten. JGM is responsible for the total operation, including Pro Shop, golf course turf maintenance, tournaments and outings, food & beverage, and liquor license. The course is part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, and it’s owned by the National Park Service. We operate under a lease.
JGM has recently signed a new five-year contract with a five-year option for the maintenance and Pro Shop management of Indian Meadows Golf Course. Twenty-five-year veteran golf professional and Superintendent Arthur Billingham designed a completely new 9-hole course. The design reflects Art’s traditionalist views of golf, with a strong influence by turn of the century architect Donald Ross. At 3,265 yards in length and a par of 36, the course opened in 1991. It challenges players with tightly mowed fairways leading to raised, rolling greens, surrounded by mounds, and a minimal number of bunkers. JGM is responsible for golf course turf maintenance and the food & beverage operation.
North Hill Country Club is a nine-hole facility that JGM managed from 1996-2011 and is now operating in the third year of a five-year lease with the Town of Duxbury. In 2001, JGM made major capital improvements to the facility, including building a new clubhouse that exceeded expectations, construction of two bent-grass tees, and the launch of an overseeding program for fairways, including weed eradication and sand bunker renovation. JGM is responsible for the total facility operation, including Pro Shop, food & beverage service, liquor license, and complete turf maintenance. We have a large Junior Golf program under the direction of Class A PGA Golf Professional Bill Allen. Each year, we hold a Johnson Golf Junior Tournament for a $5 entry fee that includes 9-hole play, a hot dog, and a drink. This tournament is a great way to get young golfers excited to play the game.
JGM took over operations in June 2017. The Town of West Bridgewater purchased the property to ensure it would stay recreational open space. West Bridgewater Country Club (formerly “River Bend Country Club”) is an 18-hole golf course with a large tent function facility. JGM is responsible for the total operation, including Pro Shop, golf course turf maintenance, tournaments and outings, and food & beverage, including the sale of alcoholic beverages.
